An architecture firm that specializes in designing innovative and functional healthcare facilities is seeking a BIM Manager to support architectural and interior projects in the development, maintenance, and auditing of project Revit models as well as tools used for coordination and quality assurance of these models.

Your Day Includes

• Collaborating with architects and interior designers on project teams to set up and maintain BIM models
• Collaborating with project teams to utilize BIM clash detection and coordination tools
• Periodically reviewing BIM models at project milestones to ensure conformance with internal standards and advising project teams on optimization
• Leading the firm's BIM user group and ensuring regular communication
• Providing fundamental and intermediate training to staff on BIM software

Must Haves

• 5-10 years of BIM coordination experience on built projects
• Revit experience across all project phases, with emphasis on model management, technical documentation, and technology training
• Professional degree in architecture, engineering, or construction technology
• Registered Architect (a plus)
